- Delivered a division wide Fill to Target project platform, via filler capability studies that delivered a total of $17MM in savings in 2021-2022
- Earned 2019 “Double Bonus”, awarded to 3 people in the entire company annually for performance
- Delivered six sigma Center-lining projects that freed up trapped capacity and reduced in process variation and delivered $8.4MM in savings in 2018
- Delivered a variation reduction and throughput study that was replicated across 25 filling lines and delivered a total of $6MM in savings in 2016
- Delivered a productivity project that freed up trapped capacity on three Kraft Mac & Cheese Blue Box lines for a total of $6MM in annual savings in 2015
- Delivered a productivity project that reduced moisture and formula variation on a 2lb Velveeta Loaf line for a total of $4MM in annual savings in 2014
- Earned the 2013 and 2014 Bevies Awards through key contributions in the following:
- Project Twin that increased output on five capacity constrained lines by 47% in 4 months
- Project KAIN that increased output on three capacity constrained lines by 36%
- 16 SMED events that reduced changeover times from 35% to 100%, savings of $4.7M
- Lead a supplier integration project across the Business Unit that resulted in $5MM in corrugated packaging savings, and reduced box maker stops by an average of 75% across 8 plants in 2013
- Delivered an End-to-End Master Black Belt project for a total of $7.25MM in productivity savings
- Received the 2012 Teacher Award for facilitating 16 problem-solving events and trainings that involved $3.7M savings and opportunities across network
- Delivered a total of $6.2MM in productivity savings versus a target of $5MM in 2011
- Recognized in 2010 by the CEO of Kraft Foods-Irene Rosenfeld, with a Business Unit Award for delivering the Top Black Belt project across the organization in 2010
